There are a couple of problems that are not addressed that Bryan Kennedy feel should be.

The LED’s on the Vizio 2.1 soundbar is unreliable & break shortly after purchase.

Immediately, it have video artifact/flicker on each input (Dish, PS3, media player).
Vizio customer support had Bryan Kennedy do a power recycle, which resolve the issue for some week, but, again the issue return & new one appeare – the video will freeze upon a cold startup, the TV will turn_off automatical in the middle of watching TV for no reason whatever.

Bryan Kennedy gotta reset the tv all the time coz the remote stop responding. If the remote doesnt respond then Bryan Kennedy gotta unplug the tv & turn it back on to get it to respond. Bryan Kennedy called Vizio customer service and they send a new remote…same problem w/ the new remote.

The button on the remote r too small & Bryan Kennedy had trouble with them

About every other time,Bryan Kennedy turn it on, the darn thing crash & stop responding 2 nethng, include the power button. Bryan Kennedy gotta unplug the TV 2 restart it. Techological support say it is a firmware issues, but no_fix is schedule.

There is some difficulty achieving bluetooth connect.

VIZIO M550NV TV dont like NetGear router. U will spent hours chasing ur tail w/ this router.

The big problem is the top grades sound equipments. The higher the quality & capability of the unit (and this unit’s are stellar) the more glaring & bothersome r the lesser quality material.

Remember the picture resolution of the last TV channel U view & it take seconds to reformat; random popping sound when changing TV channel, can be DirecTV or audio settings I gotta change;

if U can tolerate a few reboot per week, go 4 it…otherwise wait 4 a more polished tv.

Samsung UN46ES8000 46-Inch 1080p 240 Hz 3D Slim LED HDTV (Silver).
